Halong Bay is a legendary world just waiting to be explored. Bhaya combines oriental style with contemporary luxury. Together they are the perfect recipe for an enchanting and relaxing holiday. In 1917, Emperor Khai Dinh plied the waters of the Bay in a wonderful wooden junk. Almost a century later you too can embark on a voyage through the time – in a ship recreated from the original designs and with impeccable service fit for a King.
Built in oriental style with contemporary luxury, Bhaya Cruises established new standards of luxury cruising in Vietnam when Bhaya Classic from 2007.
The Bhaya Classic fleet (3cruises: Bhaya Classic, Bhaya Legend and Bhaya Spirit) offers a total of 60 luxury cabins and suites accommodating a maximum 120 passengers for Ha Long Bay cruises or hosted events (weddings, corporate retreats, incentives, meetings, conferences, etc.).

ITINERARY

Day 1 - Hanoi - Halong Bay - Welcome!
Leave Hanoi by private car/van or Shuttle bus at 07:45am arriving at the jetty around 12:00pm (This transportation is on request)
12:00 – 12:30    Check-in at Bhaya Café, Halong City.
Embark on Bhaya Classic for a Welcome Cocktail followed by a cruise briefing.
13:00 – 15:30    Savor a delicious Vietnamese buffet lunch as Bhaya Classic heads to Bai Tu Long Bay passing the towns of Hon Gai and Cam Pha, Oan Lagoon, Mat Quy (Monster Head) and Am Tich (Teapot) Islets and Vung Vieng fishing village.
15:30 – 17:00    Visit the fishing village by local rowing boat (01 hour) then return to the vessel for free time at your leisure or join one of the following optional activities:
Kayak into the village or swim near the boat;
Optional onboard activities: Sunbathing, traditional massage, etc.;
17:00-19:00    Bhaya Classic cruises through the Bay to its overnight anchorage near Ho Dong Tien. Vietnamese cooking demonstration on the Sundeck.
19:30    Sumptuous Seafood Set-dinner on board.
21:00    Retire to your cabin or join the fishing program.

Day 2: Halong cruise - Hanoi
6:15   Start your day with Tai Chi on the Sundeck while complimentary tea & coffee are served.
7:00   Bhaya Classic weighs anchor to cruise through the Bay passing beautiful spots like Trong (Drum), Trinh Nu (Virgin) and Me Cung Caves, Coc Ngoi (Toad) Islet, etc.
8:30   Explore the Surprise Cave (Sung Sot).
9:30   Return to Bhaya Classic. Buffet brunch is served onboard. The vessel cruises leisurely back to harbor.
11:00   Disembark at Bhaya Café, Halong City
12:30   Back to Hanoi and the estimated time of arrival about 15.00.
Driver is awaiting for you there at the jetty and transfer you back to Hanoi.

Day 2 - Halong Bay Cruises
06:15    Start your day with Tai Chi on the Sundeck.
07:00    Bhaya Classic weighs anchor to cruise the Bay. Early breakfast in the Dining Room.
08:30    Transfer to Bhaya Spirit for Lan Ha Bay excursion.
10:00    Guided kayaking and swimming at Three Peach Beach, a pristine natural beach lapped by the turquoise water.
12:00    Fresh seafood lunch is served onboard.
13:30    Continue on to discover Ho Ba Ham Islet, the most remote point in Lan Ha Bay and bordering the Gulf of Tonkin. Visit its quaint fishing village and lagoon. Possibility of kayaking through an amazing tunnel under a karst mountain (time permitting).
16:00    Return to Bhaya Classic.
17:00    The vessel cruises back through the bay to its overnight anchorage near Ho Dong Tien. Happy Hour & Vietnamese cooking demonstration on the Sundeck.
19:30    Sumptuous Seafood Set-dinner onboard.
21:00    Retire to your cabin or join the fishing program.

DAY 3: Halong Bay - Hanoi

The Deluxe cabins and Suites
are well appointed, with traditional Vietnamese hardwood creating a
luxuriant warmth. Light materials and large windows ensure that each
cabin is bright and airy. Hand-crafted hardwood furniture, gold and
white fittings, and delicate upholstery further enhance the warmth and
light in each cabin.
Royal SuitesOur two sumptuous
Royal Suites (16.5m2) are located in the forward section of the upper
deck, offering panoramic 180° ocean views. Each Royal Suite offers all
the standard amenities of a Bhaya Suite, plus a larger en-suite
bathroom with bath-tub, a plush sofa and exclusive access to a private
viewing area on the upper deck.
Deluxe CabinsOur Deluxe cabin
(12.5m2) offers all the amenities necessary for you to feel
comfortable: twin beds or a queen-size bed, air-conditioner, wall fan,
refrigerator, en-suite bathroom with shower. Each features a picture
window, providing added light and memorable views.

Dining is one of the highlights of the Bhaya. In an atmosphere of elegant luxury, you can enjoy a wonderful array of Vietnamese and International cuisines, served by waitresses in traditional costume. Our lavish Dining Room can cater for a romantic dinner, or a festive group banquet in imperial splendor, just meters from the scenic wonders of Halong Bay,. Adjoining the Dining Room, Bhaya’s Bar is perfect for a relaxing aperitif. The bar serves an extensive selection of lagers, liquors, exotic cocktails and light snacks until late.

The Sundeck and Topside Bar
With its comfortable lounge chairs, fresh ocean breezes and dazzling
views, the Sundeck is the perfect place to lie back and relax. Serving
up an impressive variety of cocktails in a comfortable and relaxed
atmosphere, the Topside Bar is a delightful place to socialize and
watch the Sun dip behind the myriad islands of Halong Bay.

Beauty Spa and Massage
Located on the upper deck aft, our Beauty Spa and Massage sets new standards in spa design through its unique combination of natural tones, water elements, and traditional Vietnamese style.

On board Activities
Swimming, snorkeling and kayaking in the crystal clear turquoise waters of Halong Bay are favored activities for the energetic. While morning Tai Chi on the sundeck offers a more meditative and uplifting start for the more contemplative. Adventure outings, tour excursions, cooking demonstrations and theme cruises are also available by prior arrangement.
